So someone contacted me on Twitter to ask for permissions to one of my woodcuts. She wants to use it to promote a lecture, but also wants to use it on a project website.

For the lecture, I was going to say go for it, but do I get into any issues with reproduction rights for the website? She has offered to pay, but I'm not sure what would be appropriate.

Artist friends, any thoughts?
